Founded in 2015, Naughty Brgr serves hefty, juicy gourmet burgers with sides. The chain currently operates six restaurants in five cities.
A welcome innovation for ordering and paying
In May 2019, Naughty Brgr introduced an app that allows customers to order and pay for their meals directly from their table. The orders appear at the checkout. For take-away, customers can place their orders before arriving at the restaurant. The app also offers discount coupons that can be redeemed both in the app and at the checkout.
“With the app, we wanted to improve the customer experience and provide a new channel for ordering and paying,” says Head of Operations Mikko Toivonen. “Digitalisation is the present day, and we want to be part of that development.”
