Aksess IT As and the business operations are now part of the Restolution Group. All products, services, and customer agreements of Aksess IT will remain in place, and customer operations will continue as usual. The employees of Aksess IT will join the growing Restolution family.
Restolution’s position in the Nordics is growing
This acquisition supports Restolution’s strategic growth and strengthens its position in the Nordics, enabling an even more versatile and comprehensive service offering for Restolution customers. With the acquisition, customers’ needs will be met even better, offering wider expertise, innovative solutions and smoother service, for now and in the future.
Following the acquisition, the official name of Aksess IT As has changed from September onwards to Restolution As. As a result of the acquisition all invoicing to Norwegian customers will be invoiced by Restolution As. Support services will continue as usual for the time being.
