Technical help

Our work is only possible because of our many great partners all throughout the Nordic countries. We work in cooperation with other similar companies within the industry to develop high quality standard solutions, but also flexible customer-specific solutions for all types of restaurants, bars and cafés.

 

We offer custom integrations with a wide range of localised and multi-location systems. We also provide an API integration platform that is open to all.

 

Our system is designed to provide services for restaurants of all sizes and shapes. This includes a great number of HoReCa chains that we provide chain management tools for in addition to providing both SaaS and ITaaS applications.

Application support

We offer application support for the Restolution system every day from morning to night. Our customer service is open every weekday from 9 am to 5 pm. Emergency opening hours on weekdays from 5 pm to midnight and on weekends and holidays from 9 am to midnight.
Application support is mainly implemented by remote management.
Support requests are received by phone, email and through Restolution’s internal service requests. The response time on the phone has been less than 1 minute on average over the past year.

Hardware support is available on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm and on evenings and weekends until midnight every day.
